We are also using Tabligh for our own benefit to establish an Islamic state. “
I said, “Maulana Maududi was also active in establishing the Islamic State. In the same way, you can leave militancy and do politics through the existing democracy in the country.”
Badr Ali said, “Although Maulana Maududi was active in establishing Islamic State, his method was like a failed attempt. Although his party has been active in different countries since 1941, it has not been able to establish Islam. It has only been able to form alliances with different parties. The party uses his team in different ways. Therefore, we do not follow the approach of Maulana Maududi. “
I said, “Are those who are cooperating with you also willing to establish an Islamic state?”
Badr Ali said, “In this case, we are a little relaxed. For example, one of our big supporters in London, who regularly drinks alcohol and does bad works. Then he will only talk attractive speech about Islam in parliament. Thus he will be able to present himself as a pro-Islamist, and our supporters are keen to be MP-ministers, be they Islamic states or ordinary states. It’s never important to them. “
I: – If this is the case, then what is the difference between you and the general state system?
Badr Ali: – Differences with the system of governance. The general state system is governed by man-made laws, but our state will be governed by Islamic law.
I: – There are many sects in Islam. Again, in every madhhab there are differences on different issues. So who will follow your state system in the ideology of Maulana Maududi, or in the ideology of Osama bin Laden?
Badr Ali:- We will operate the Islamic State like us. Many interpretations of Maulana Maududi reject the earlier scholars. For example: – The explanation given by Maududi for establishing prayers in the Qur’an is the whole explanation of imbalance. He has given new explanations by rejecting the interpretations of the earlier scholars. Does this mean that the previous scholars could not establish the prayers? Only Maududi got it? Again, he instructed to study the Qur’an with an open mind, leaving aside the previous meditative ideas. This will only increase the confusion about the Qur’an. Because the interpretation of the previous scholars was also correct. There are many more reasons why we will not operate the state according to the ideology of Maulana Maududi. And there is no question of following the ideology of Osama bin Laden.
I: – Why?
Badr Ali:- Osama bin Laden was a CIA agent. Unable to take advantage of the situation by shooting King Faisal, the CIA used Osama bin Laden against the royal family.
I: – The royal family of Saudi Arabia regularly pays honorarium to USA. So what’s the point of the CIA killing King Faisal and using Osama bin Laden against the royal family?
Badr Ali:- Yes, the Saudi royal family secretly tries to free themselves from the influence of the USA, even though they regularly give honorarium.
I: – How did the CIA communicate with Osama bin Laden?
Badr Ali:- Osama’s father was Laden, a very loyal man to King Faisal. But Osama’s mother was Laden’s divorced wife. The matter seemed very bad to Osama. And Osama’s relationship with his mother’s next husband, the stepfather, was not very good. Osama was sent to London to teach. Once, while drinking beer at a nightclub in London, a senior CIA agent told Osama, “You come to the nightclub and give up cheap beer and seize power in Saudi Arabia. And marry the most beautiful girl in the royal family. We will provide as much cooperation as needed. Upon hearing this, Osama went to Saudi Arabia and started a movement against the royal family. So Osama was prepared to beheading for treason. But the CIA adopted a very complex strategy and canceled Osama’s beheading. So the Saudi royal family expelled Osama from the country without beheading him. When Osama contacted the CIA agent, he was told to leave Sudan. Osama received billions of dollars from ancestral sources. He invested part of it in Sudan to become a partner in Sudan’s mineral resources. But the Sudanese government did not give Osama anything. On the other hand, the conflict between the USA and the Soviet Union is at its peak. That is why the USA loses the steel of poor in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union. So the CIA took Osama to Afghanistan and trained him in the war against the Soviet Union. And in that war, Osama bin Laden spent billions of dollars on ancestral sources. But at the end of the war, the CIA left Osama like a torn shoe. So we will not establish a state following Osama bin Laden.
I: – Then you too can seize power in Bangladesh with the help of CIA.
Badr Ali:- That is not possible.
I: – Why?
Badr Ali:- The CIA’s big objective in the collapse of the Soviet Union is not in the case of Bangladesh. Who formed the government in Bangladesh is not important to the CIA. However, when we contacted a CIA commander, he said, ‘We cannot co-operate with you because of the political tactics. But if you can seize power, then we can make arrangements for the recognition of your government.’ After hearing this, we did not contact the CIA.
I: – Why?
Badr Ali: – Recognition is obtained by taking power. In the 1971 war, USA, China, Saudi Arabia did not support Bangladesh but later recognized it and even Pakistan did. Basically, if you can seize power, you will get recognition today or tomorrow. Besides, I dislike using the name of any foreign intelligence agency by applying my own money, talent and labor.
I: – So you have contacted the regional rebels in India?
Badr Ali: – No.
I: – Why?
Badr Ali: – Because India’s RAW supports the regional rebels in various ways. Such as: – ULFA was established with the help of people like Paresh Barua, Dilip Barua and Arvind Rajkhowa to take advantage of the situation in Assam by RAW. Just as the big fish float on the water when the fish is muddy, so the UFLA rebels get various benefits by stirring up the situation by RAW. Similarly, the rebels in Nagaland, Chhattisgarh and Kashmir were incited by RAW agents among them. Even the LTTE in Sri Lanka – a rebel organization founded by RAW. Just as Hyderabad and Sikkim occupied India, so did the LTTE establish Vilu Pillai Prabhakaran and others to occupy Sri Lanka. Basically, Masood Azhar of Kashmir is an agent of RAW, so Prabhakaran is also an agent of RAW. So there is no need to be an agent of RAW in the end by colluding with India’s regional rebels. বদর আলি হাসতে হাসতে বলল, ” হ্যাঁ, আমাদের দ্বারা তাবলিগকে ইউজ করাকে তুমি সুবিধালিগ বলতে পার। কিন্তু তাবলিগের কাজ করেই আমরা তাবলিগকে ইউজ করছি। শুধুমাত্র টার্গেট করা লোকদেরকে আমরা জিহাদি কাজে জড়াই। এই জগতে প্রত্যেকটা বিষয়ের ভালো ও মন্দ দিক আছে। যে যার মতো সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়গুলোকে নিজের সুবিধার জন্য ইউজ করে। তেমনি আমরাও ইসলামি রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য তাবলিগকে নিজেদের সুবিধা মতো ইউজ করছি। “
আমি বললাম, ” মওলানা মওদুদিও তো ইসলামি রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য তৎপর ছিলেন। তেমনি আপনারাও তো জঙ্গিবাদ ত্যাগ করে দেশে প্রচলিত গণতন্ত্রের মাধ্যমে রাজনীতি করতে পারেন। “
বদর আলি বলল, ” যদিও মওলানা মওদুদি ইসলামি রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য তৎপর ছিলেন, কিন্তু তিনির পদ্ধতি ছিল বিফল চেষ্টার মতো। ১৯৪১ সাল থেকে বিভিন্ন দেশে তিনির দল তৎপর থাকলেও ইসলাম প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে পারেনি। পেরেছে শুধু বিভিন্ন দলের সঙ্গে লেজুড় হয়ে জোট গঠন করতে। আবার অনেক দল তিনির দলকে বিভিন্নভাবে ইউজও করে। তাই মওলানা মওদুদির পন্থা আমরা অবলম্বন করিনা। “
আমি বললাম, ” যিনিরা আপনাদেরকে সহযোগিতা করছেন, তিনিরাও কি ইসলামি রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য ইচ্ছুক ? “
বদর আলি বলল, ” এই ক্ষেত্রে আমরা একটু শিথিল হয়েছি। যেমন :- লন্ডন প্রবাসী আমাদের একজন বড় সমর্থক নিয়মিত মদ খান এবং আকাম – কুকাম করেন। আমরা ক্ষমতা দখল করার পর তিনি দেশে এসে মন্ত্রী হবেন। তখন তিনি শুধু সংসদে ইসলাম সম্পর্কে মিষ্টি মিষ্টি কথা বলবেন। এতে তিনি নিজেকে ইসলাম প্রিয় হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করতে পারবেন। তাছাড়া আমাদের সমর্থকরা এমপি – মন্ত্রী হতে প্রবলভাবে ইচ্ছুক। সেটা ইসলামি রাষ্ট্রই হোক অথবা সাধারণ রাষ্ট্রই হোক। এবং আমাদের সমর্থক ধনকুবের অস্ত্র ব্যবসায়ীর উদ্দেশ্য বিলিয়ন ডলারের অস্ত্র বিক্রি করা, কেমন শাসন ব্যবস্থা হবে, সেটা তিনির কাছে কখনই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ না। “
আমি :- এটাই যদি হয়, তবে সাধারণ রাষ্ট্র ব্যবস্থার সঙ্গে আপনাদের পার্থক্য কোথায় ?
বদর আলি :- শাসন ব্যবস্থার সঙ্গে পার্থক্য। সাধারণ রাষ্ট্র ব্যবস্থা চলে মানব রচিত আইনের মাধ্যমে, কিন্তু আমাদের রাষ্ট্র চলবে ইসলামি আইনের মাধ্যমে।
আমি :- ইসলাম ধর্মে অনেক মাজহাব আছে। আবার প্রত্যেক মাজহাবে আছে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে মতভেদ। তাহলে আপনাদের রাষ্ট্র ব্যবস্থা কার অনুসরণে চলবে মওলানা মওদুদির মতাদর্শে, নাকি উসামা বিন লাদেনের মতাদর্শে ?
বদর আলি :- আমরা আমাদের মতো করে ইসলামি রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনা করব। মওলানা মওদুদির অনেক ব্যাখ্যা পূর্ববর্তী মনীষীদের বর্জন করে। যেমন :- কোরআনে বর্ণিত নামাজ কায়েম করার যে ব্যাখ্যা মওদুদি দিয়েছেন, সেটা পুরোটাই গুজামিলের ব্যাখ্যা। পূর্ববর্তী মনীষীদের ব্যাখ্যাকে বর্জন করে তিনি নতুন ব্যাখ্যা প্রদান করেছেন। এর মানে কি পূর্ববর্তী মনীষীরা নামাজ কায়েম করতে পারেন নি ? পেরেছেন কি শুধু মওদুদি ? আবার তিনি পূর্ববর্তী ধ্যান – ধারণা বাদ দিয়ে মুক্তমনে কোরআন অধ্যয়ন করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। এতে তো কুরআন সম্পর্কে বিভ্রান্তিই বাড়বে। কেননা পূর্ববর্তী মনীষীদের ব্যাখ্যাও সঠিক ছিল। এমন আরো অনেক কারণে আমরা মওলানা মওদুদির মতাদর্শে রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনা করব না। আর উসামা বিন লাদেনের মতাদর্শ অনুসরণ করার কোন প্রশ্নই আসে না।
আমি :- কেন ?
বদর আলি :- উসামা বিন লাদেন ছিল সিআইএর এজেন্ট। বাদশাহ ফয়সালকে গুলি করে হত্যা করিয়ে সুবিধা করতে না পেরে উসামা বিন লাদেনকে রাজ পরিবারের বিরুদ্ধে লাগিয়ে দেয় সিআইএ।
আমি :- সৌদি আরবের রাজ পরিবার তো ইউএসএকে নিয়মিত মাসোহারা দেয়। তাহলে বাদশাহ ফয়সালকে হত্যা করিয়ে এবং উসামাকে রাজ পরিবারের বিরুদ্ধে লাগিয়ে দিয়ে সিআইএর কী লাভ ?
বদর আলি :- হ্যাঁ, নিয়মিত মাসোহারা দিলেও সৌদি রাজ পরিবার গোপনে চেষ্টা করে ইউএসএর প্রভাব থেকে মুক্ত হতে।
আমি :- উসামা বিন লাদেনের সঙ্গে সিআইএ কীভাবে যোগাযোগ করল ?
বদর আলি :- বাদশাহ ফয়সালের অত্যন্ত বিশ্বস্ত লোক লাদেন ছিলেন উসামার বাবা। কিন্তু উসামার মা ছিলেন লাদেনের তালাক প্রাপ্ত স্ত্রী। বিষয়টা উসামার খুব খারাপ লাগত। এবং উসামার মায়ের পরবর্তী স্বামী অর্থাৎ সৎ বাবার সঙ্গে উসামার সম্পর্ক তেমন ভালো ছিল না। উসামাকে পড়ানোর জন্য লন্ডন প্রেরণ করা হয়েছিল। একবার লন্ডনের এক নাইট ক্লাবে বিয়ার খাওয়ার সময় উসামাকে সিআইএর এক বড় এজেন্ট বলল, ‘ তুমি নাইট ক্লাবে এসে স্বস্তা বিয়ার খাওয়া ছেড়ে সৌদি আরবের ক্ষমতা দখল কর। এবং রাজ পরিবারের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর মেয়েটাকে বিয়ে কর। যত ধরণের সহযোগিতা দরকার আমরা দেব।’ এই কথা শোনে উসামা সৌদি আরবে গিয়ে রাজ পরিবারের বিরুদ্ধে আন্দোলন শুরু করল। তাই রাজদ্রোহিতার দায়ে উসামার শিরশ্ছেদের ব্যবস্থা করা হল। কিন্তু সিআইএ অত্যন্ত জটিল কৌশল অবলম্বন করল।এবং উসামার শিরশ্ছেদ বাতিল করাল। তাই উসামার শিরশ্ছেদ না করে তাকে দেশ থেকে বিতাড়িত করল সৌদি রাজ পরিবার । তখন সিআইএর সেই এজেন্টের সঙ্গে উসামা যোগাযোগ করলে উসামাকে বলা হয় সুদান চলে যেতে। উসামা পৈত্রিক সূত্রে বিলিয়ন ডলার পেয়েছিল। সেটার কিছু অংশ সে সুদানে বিনিয়োগ করেছিল সুদানের খনিজ সম্পদের অংশীদার হওয়ার জন্য। কিন্তু সুদান সরকার উসামাকে কিছুই দেয় নি। অন্যদিকে ইউএসএ ও সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নের দ্বন্দ্ব চরম পর্যায়ে। তাই সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নের বিরুদ্ধে আফগানিস্তানের ফকিরনির পোলাদেরকে লেলিয়ে দেয় ইউএসএ। তাই উসামাকে সিআইএ আফগানিস্তানে নিয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধে লাগায়। আর সেই যুদ্ধে উসামা বিন লাদেন পৈত্রিক সূত্রে প্রাপ্ত বিলিয়ন ডলার ব্যয় করে। কিন্তু যুদ্ধের শেষে উসামাকে সিআইএ ছেঁড়া জুতোর মতো ত্যাগ করে। তাই উসামা বিন লাদেনের অনুসরণে আমরা রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠা করব না।
আমি :- তাহলে আপনারাও তো সিআইএর সহযোগিতায় বাংলাদেশের ক্ষমতা দখল করতে পারেন।
বদর আলি :- সেটা সম্ভব না।
আমি :- কেন ?
বদর আলি :- সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নের পতনের যে বিরাট উদ্দেশ্য সিআইএর ছিল, সেটা বাংলাদেশের ক্ষেত্রে নাই। বাংলাদেশে কারা সরকার গঠন করল, সেটা সিআইএর কাছে তেমন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ না। তবে আমরা সিআইএর একজন কমান্ডারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করলে তিনি বলেছিলেন, ‘আমরা রাজনৈতিক কৌশলের কারণে আপনাদেরকে সহযোগিতা করতে পারছি না। কিন্তু আপনারা যদি ক্ষমতা দখল করতে পারেন, তাহলে আপনাদের সরকারকে স্বীকৃতি প্রদানের ব্যবস্থা আমরা করে দিতে পারব।’ এই কথা শোনার পর সিআইএর সঙ্গে আর যোগাযোগ করিনি।
আমি :- কেন ?
বদর আলি :- ক্ষমতা দখল করলে স্বীকৃতি এমনিতেই পাওয়া যায়। ১৯৭১ সালের যুদ্ধে ইউএসএ, চীন, সৌদি আরব বাংলাদেশকে সমর্থন না করলেও পরে ঠিকই স্বীকৃতি দিয়েছিল, এমনকি পাকিস্তানও স্বীকৃতি দিয়েছিল। মূলত ক্ষমতা দখল করতে পারলে আজ অথবা কাল স্বীকৃতি ঠিকই পাওয়া যায়। তাছাড়া নিজের টাকা, মেধা আর শ্রম প্রয়োগ করে বিদেশি কোন গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার নাম ইউজ করাটা আমার অপছন্দের বিষয়।
আমি :- তাহলে আপনারা ভারতের আঞ্চলিক বিদ্রোহীদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেছেন কী ?
বদর আলি :- না।
আমি :- কেন ?
বদর আলি :- কেননা আঞ্চলিক বিদ্রোহীদেরকে ভারতের র বিভিন্নভাবে মদদ দেয়। যেমন :- আসামের পরিস্থিতিকে উষ্কে দিয়ে র ফায়দা হাসিলের জন্য পরেশ বড়ুয়া, দিলীপ বড়ুয়া আর অরবিন্দ রাজখোয়ার মতো লোকদেরকে দিয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠা করায় উলফা। মাছ ঘোলা করলে যেমন বড় বড় মাছ পানির উপরে ভেসে উঠে, তেমনি উলফার মতো বিদ্রোহীদেরকে দিয়ে পরিস্থিতি উষ্কে দিয়ে র বিভিন্ন ফায়দা হাসিল করে। তেমনি নাগাল্যান্ড, ছত্তিশগড় আর কাশ্মিরের বিদ্রোহীদেরকে উষ্কে দেয় ওদের মধ্যেই থাকা র এর এজেন্টরা। এমনকি শ্রীলঙ্কার এলটিটিই – ও র এর প্রতিষ্ঠিত একটা বিদ্রোহী সংগঠন। হায়দ্রাবাদ আর সিকিম যেভাবে ভারত দখল করে নিয়েছে, ঠিক সেভাবেই শ্রীলঙ্কা দখল করার জন্য ভিলু পিল্লাই প্রভাকরণ আর অন্যান্যদেরকে দিয়ে র প্রতিষ্ঠা করায় এলটিটিই। মূলত কাশ্মিরের মাসুদ আযহার যেমন র এর এজেন্ট, তেমনি প্রভাকরণও র এর এজেন্ট। তাই ভারতের আঞ্চলিক বিদ্রোহীদের সঙ্গে আঁতাত করে শেষে র এর এজেন্ট হওয়ার দরকার নাই। (চলবে) ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
